This is why we make sure that we listen to our resident’s needs and always create bespoke care plans that are tailored to the resident’s personal circumstances and lifestyle preferences.
We believe it is not only the care assistants who ‘care’ instead all our staff – carers, nurses, chefs, housekeepers, activities coordinators, laundry, maintenance staff and managers – work together to look after our residents. Our team understand that every resident has individual needs and requirements and we will take the time to get to know our residents so that we can meet all of their needs.
We provide long term, respite, convalescence, & nursing care. We also specialise in caring for patients with specific psychological and physical needs including, Alzheimer’s, Senile Dementia, Parkinson’s and learning disabilities.

Dementia Unit At Warrenport
Introducing our latest achievement: the opening of 'Star of the Sea,' a serene dementia unit at St Joseph's Nursing Home, Warrenpoint. This refurbished, single-level space boasts 14 comfortable bedrooms, some with en-suite facilities. Overlooking Cooley mountains and Carlingford Lough, it offers a tranquil backdrop for your loved one's golden years. With two accessible garden areas, residents can bask in sunshine and sea breeze.

St Josephs Day Care Centre is located on the seafront in Warrenpoint Co. Down. It offers a warm and homely environment to the people of the South Co Down area.
It provides high-quality care six days per week where the trained staff offer support, care, and supervision in a safe and warm environment. The aim is to provide care that meets the resident’s cultural, spiritual, social, and physical needs.
