General Assistant 26.25hrs, Bessbrook

We are now looking for a General Assistant to 26.25 hours in our Avila care home in Bessbrook.

PAY RATE £12.71 per hour

We are now looking for a dedicated General Assistant to join the team in our Avila Nursing Home in Bessbrook to ensure the high standard of cleanliness in the Nursing Home is maintained.

The General Assistant is responsible for the cleanliness of the home, helps out in the kitchen and the laundry, wherever they are required.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and domestic duties in all parts of the home
• Assist in the service of all meals and snacks and complete food choice lists for residents at each mealtime.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Undertake the laundering of residents clothing and home linens
• Follow health and safety guidelines of the home to ensure a safe working environment at all times
